The Yankees are back in action after a day off, as they begin a three-game set with the visiting Arizona Diamondbacks – both teams will honor Jackie Robinson by wearing number 42. Prior to tonight’s game, the Yankees will hold a moment of silence to honor those involved in yesterday’s bombings at the Boston Marathon. The organization also announced that Boston-favorite “Sweet Caroline” will be played at the end of the third inning. Ivan Nova will get the start for the Yankees against righty Brandon McCarthy.
