Derek Jeter will say farewell to the Mets and Citi Field tonight, as the captain plays in his final game against the crosstown rivals. He hopes it will end with a win, which would give the Yankees a split in this year’s Subway Series. Chase Whitley will be making his MLB debut for the Bronx Bombers, and Jacob deGrom will also be making his MLB debut for the Metropolitans.
