The Yankees will send right-hander Phil Hughes to the mound tonight for game two of a three-game set vs. the Royals. In his last outing against the Jays, Hughes went 5 1/3 innings – allowing a two-run home run to Jose Bautista. Hughes was tagged with the loss. In May, he has gone 2-2 with a 3.55 ERA.
