Yankees game 7 lineup: 4/8/13

The road trip moves on to Cleveland, as the Yankees will try to string a few wins together against the Indians. Hiroki Kuroda, who lasted just 1.1 innings in his first start, has been cleared to pitch despite suffering a bruised right middle finger against Boston. Ubaldo Jimenz will get the start for the Tribe, in what will be the Indians’ home opener.

* Travis Hafner returns to Cleveland where he played for 10 seasons
