If you don’t know what an Advent Calendar is, and I’m no expert, it’s a special Christian calendar leading up to Christmas. So leading up to Opening Day, I have put together a 25-part series of things to get excited about because baseball is almost officially back.
Trying To Find La Bodega
Do you know about La Bodega? To some it was just a rumor; a magical place that many had heard of where you could buy a beer for a couple of dollars and drink in the back, just a few blocks from the stadium. If you knew about it, you knew about it. If you didn’t, you didn’t. Or you awkwardly asked around.
This was all until 2019, when I pissed off the South Bronx (really only like 10 people) and admitted that it was real on Stadium Eats.

Even though I gave nothing away about the location, people are asking where it is? Leading up to the new season, many people are trying to find out how to get to this magical location. I’m not telling, but watching white kids trying to save a few bucks wandering around the Bronx should be a good time.
