The Yankees announced on Friday afternoon that pitcher Nathan Eovaldi underwent his second Tommy John surgery, in addition to having his right flexor tendon repaired, according to YES Network. The surgery, which was preformed at New York-Presbyterian Hospital by Yankees Head Team Physician Dr. Christopher Ahmad, went as planned, with Eovaldi not expected to pitch again until the 2018 season. “I’m going to go ahead and get both surgeries,” Eovaldi said
