Preview - Yankees at Orioles (4/13/15)
The Yankees make their first road trip of the season going down to Camden Yards as Michael Pineda (0-0, 3.00 ERA) takes on Wei-Yin Chen (0-0, 6.23 ERA). Pineda had a solid 2015 debut last week. He held the Blue Jays to two runs and six hits with just one walk and six strikeouts in a no decision. In two starts against Baltimore last year he was 1-0 with an 0.73 ERA.
Chen took a no decision against the Rays his last time out. He gave up three runs on four hits, including a home run, and two walks with four strikeouts through just 4 1/3 innings.
Brett Gardner and Jacoby Ellsbury have had success against Chen in their careers. Ellsbury is 6-13 (.462) with a double, and Gardner is 5-14 (.357) with two doubles, a homer and five RBIs.
