It seems that there will be a new Baby Bomber meeting the Yankees in Chicago. There have been reports that third baseman Miguel Andujar is being called up from Triple-A.

This roster move comes at a time where the Yankees are plagued from injuries. Matt Holliday could possibly land on the DL with a mysterious illness that kept him off the field for the past three games. Also, Chase Headley has been battling an ailing back injury for which he received an epidural shot last weekend. Rob Refsnyder could also be jettisoned to make room for Andujar as well. Andujar started the year in Double-A, where he hit .312 with seven home runs and 52 RBIs. The 22-year-old was recently promoted to Triple-A and has logged a total of seven games at that level. Over that span, he's hitting .308 with a home run and a couple of RBIs. This will be Andujar's first taste of the Major Leagues.
