As Jesus Montero embarks on his season which will start in Triple-A, Michael Pineda will start against the Astros this afternoon from George M. Steinbrenner field in Tampa. The 26 year-old has had a sparkling spring so far, giving up just one hit in 5 IP over two starts. With Austin Romine out of options to begin this season, the Yankees will showcase him at the DH spot today.
