Spring Training Game 9 Lineup: 3/2/13
The Yankees (1-7) will play the Detroit Tigers (3-4) this afternoon down in Tampa, Fla. Righty Ivan Nova, who is competing with David Phelps for a spot in the starting rotation, will get his first spring start. Matt Diaz will get a chance out in left-field, while Chris Stewart will be behind the plate. Minus Derek Jeter, this is as close to an Opening Day lineup as you can get.
