The 30-year-old Warren was in his last year of arbitration eligibility, and is set to hit the open market after this season.
A vital piece of the dominant Yankees' pen, Warren posted a 3-2 record with a 2.35 ERA and 54 strikeouts across 46 games in 2017.
With Tommy Kahnle and Aaron Hicks signed yesterday, the Yankees now have five players left who are arbitration eligible: Sonny Gray, Dellin Betances, Chasen Shreve, Didi Gregorius and Austin Romine.
