Yankees game 18 lineup: 4/22/13

The Yankees will get their first look at the Rays tonight, as they will begin a three-game series down at Tropicana Field. Recently, the Yanks have had trouble filling the win column down in St. Petersburg, especially with ace CC Sabathia on the hill. New York is 6-12 in Sabathia’s last 18 starts against the Rays, and just 1-7 in his last eight at Tropicana Field since 2009. Last year, New York went 2-7 down at the Trop. Sabathia will face the talented lefty Matt Moore tonight, and will try to end that trend. Here are the lineups: *Kevin Youkilis was originally slated to start at 1B tonight, but has since been scratched with a tight back. He was taken out of the game on Saturday, and sat out all of yesterday. Lyle Overbay will start in his place.
