Yankees Optioned Cory Wade to Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre

The move clears a roster spot for reliever Chad Qualls, who was acquired from the Phillies on Sunday evening. Wade has a 5.79 ERA in 32 2/3 innings this season. This move was the obvious action once Qualls was signed.
