Austin isn't the only Yankee who is injured. Outfield prospect Mason Williams will be out for two weeks with inflammation of his left patella tendon. In 31 games as a rookie last season, Austin hit .241 with five home runs and 12 RBI. Williams, who separated his right shoulder in June 2015, played in 31 games with Triple-A last season, finishing with an average of .296.
