The Yankees head out West for an 11-day, 10-game road trip beginning with the Seattle Mariners. Ichiro returns to Seattle where he played for 12 seasons, winning gold gloves and setting all-time records along the way. Phil Hughes gets the ball looking to find his groove again. Hughes has been "Jekyll and Hyde" this year, turning in a good start, bad start, good start. Last time out was bad, as he gave up five runs on seven hits in 4.1 innings against the Red Sox.
