On Wednesday, the Yankees learned Domingo Germán’s postseason fate.
MLB and the MLBPA have extended the Administrative Leave for Yankees pitcher Domingo Germán through the conclusion of the 2019 World Series.

Germán will not be eligible for the 2019 postseason in any capacity. The MLB and Players Association came to a decision a week after the news initially broke regarding the alleged incident he was involved in.
Aaron Boone has already been piecing together his playoff roster without Germán in the fold, so at the least, the team now has clarity on his status for the remainder of 2019.
