Yankees game 102 preview (7/31/15)

Nathan Eovaldi (10-2, 4.27 ERA) and the Yanks travel to the Windy City to take on Carlos Rodon (4-3, 4.09 ERA) and the White Sox. Eovaldi is coming off a season high eight inning outing against the Twins where he gave up just two runs. He is 5-0 with a 2.83 ERA in his last seven starts and batters are hitting .245 with a .560 OPS in that span.

The rookie Rodon held the Indians scoreless through 6 2/3 innings on five hits in his last outing. He his making his 17th appearance, 14th start, in his first season in the Bigs.

 

Tidbits:
