Right-handed reliever Chris Martin is in the Yankees clubhouse as he is set to rejoin the big league club for the very important four-game set against the Toronto Blue Jays.
Adding Martin makes sense for obvious reasons, but in particularly bc of the doubleheader

This move makes a lot of sense for the New York who will play four games in three days with a double-header Saturday. Martin has been injured and in the minors for most of the season. He has made two separate appearances with the Yankees.
Before getting hurt, Martin went 0-1 with a 3.55 earned run average in 12 2/3 innings across 15 appearances. After his injury, however, his numbers imploded to a 5.63 ERA in 18 games.
Martin will be assurance for a tough series this weekend as the Yankees try to rest some of their relievers while closing the gap in the division.
