Aaron Hicks, in his second game off the 10-Day disabled list, hit an inside the park homerun off Tiger pitcher Mike Fiers on Friday night in the top of the second inning, which drove in Gary Sanchez and gave the Yankees an early 2-0 lead.
This is the first inside the park homer by a Yankee since Curtis GrandersonΒ accomplished the featΒ on August 21, 2011 at Minnesota.
Sometimes, keeping it inside the walls works too…it's an inside-the-park two-run homer for Aaron Hicks! #YANKSonYES pic.twitter.com/6WK4PjQ0FB
