Good news came from the injury front today - Andy Pettitte's fractured left fibula is healing well. Joe Girardi said after today's victory over the Seattle Mariners, that the x-ray showed it was healing well. "He's better, he's definitely better," said manager Joe Girardi.
The southpaw is still ways off from getting back up on the mound, but this is obviously good news. Pettitte did say he's feeling much better of late.
