David Phelps will start in Tampa today.

The Yankees will close out the month of February with a pair of games today. The Bombers will face off against the Toronto Blue Jays at home in Tampa, while another unit will head to Kissimmee, Fla. to play the Astros. David Phelps, who is competing with Ivan Nova for the fifth spot in the rotation, will be pitching in Tampa. Right-hander Brett Marshall will get the nod aganst the 'Stros on the road. Here are the lineups and expected pitchers for each game.
