Last night, the Yankee bats were held silent and lost a critical game in Toronto. They are now 3.5 games back of the Rangers and Rays, who are tied for the 2 Wild Card spots. Tonight, the Yankees start a critical home-stand where they have to win at least 5 of the 6 games to give themselves a chance. Here are how the teams in contention fared yesterday:

Rangers: 8-2 win vs Rays. Yu Darvish gets win despite walking 6 batters in 5 innings.
