Sabathia reflects on alcohol rehab, looks ahead to '16
CC Sabathia met with the media this afternoon at the Yankees' Spring Training complex down in Tampa for the first time this season. He opened up about his time in a Conn. rehab facility and how he's looking ahead to 2016.

CC Sabathia: I will replace alcoholism with hobbies -- videos games, socializing with friends/teammates #Yankees — Brendan Kuty (@BrendanKutyNJ) February 19, 2016
Sabathia also said he doesn't have to avoid being around alcohol and his teammates if they drink because most of his drinking took place while he was alone. You have to admire Sabathia's decision to enter alcohol rehab lubbock right before a playoff game, and his willingness to openly talk about it after he left. He did, however, say today was the last time he'll talk about it. Sabathia said his attitude entering camp is to go out and win a position in the rotation. He'll have to battle with Ivan Nova and Bryan Mitchell for that last spot. With a clear head and a newfound knee brace, Sabathia said this is the most excited he's been about Spring Training since 2009. The Yankees hope his positive attitude can translate into positive results on and off the field.
