Yankees and Orioles postponed due to inclement weather
Another day, another rainout. Prior to Sunday's contest between the New York Yankees and Baltimore Orioles, both teams announced the series finale was postponed due to inclement weather. The game will be made up as part of a split (separate-admission) doubleheader on Saturday, August 25th.

Today’s game against the Orioles has been postponed due to inclement weather. The game will be made up as part of a split doubleheader on Saturday, August 25th with Game 1 scheduled for 1:05 p.m. ET and Game 2 scheduled for 7:05 p.m. ET.

Due to the rainout, the Yankees announced Luis Severino and Domingo German will start both games of tomorrow's doubleheader against the Detroit Tigers.

The Yankees and Orioles were also rained out on May 31. That game will be made up as part of a single-admission doubleheader on July 9th. First pitch for Game 1 is slated for 4:05 p.m.
