Sling is a fairly new service. Owned by Dish Network, it was unveiled on January 5, 2015. There are two different packages for $20 a month that offer different channels. One includes ESPN, Disney, AMC and 20 plus other channels. This package, however, does not include Fox, YES or regional sports. The other $20 option is in the beta stage. This package includes Fox, Fox Sports and regional sports (aka Yankee games) but does not include Disney. Each package offers streaming on up to three devices simultaneously.
It is a bit confusing why there are two different packages at the same price point, but for Yankee fans in the tri-state area who are Comcast subscribers, it's something.
