The Yankees and Pirates are in agreement that will send A.J. Burnett to the Bucs. The Yankees will get two-level minor leaguers in return. Both sides are working through one final detail today, tweets Ken Rosenthal. A.J. will have a physical Sunday.
The deal has to get approved by Major League Baseball. New York will pay $20M of $33M left on Burnett's contract.
